These Terms of Use of Studee Ltd, and any documents referred to herein,set out the terms and conditions on which you are permitted to use our website, Keystone Abroad (our website). By using our website, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are effective from 22nd January 2024.

If for any reason whatsoever you do not agree to these Terms of Use or do not wish to be bound by them, you must not access or use our website.

6.6. We provide services to consumers via our website such as issuing newsletters, promoting competitions and invitations to Student Fairs.

Special category personal information’ is information about you or any other person which reveals your or their racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or, which is genetic data, biometric data, information which concerns your or their health, sex life or sexual orientation.

10.5. You can request for your information to be deleted from our systems by emailing dpo@studee.com.

    1. Use of our application service

11.1. By submitting an application through us you appoint us as your exclusive education agent for the university to which you are applying. This appointment supersedes any prior representation or agreements you may have with other counsellors or agencies.

(a) You authorise us to share, access, and discuss details of your application, admission status, educational experience, and other relevant information from your educational records, with the universities you are applying to.

(b) You authorise us to create a unique @studee.io email address for you, which will be used when we submit your application to your chosen universities.

(i) We will instantly forward any emails sent to your @studee.io email to your personal email address

(ii) We will receive a copy of any emails sent to or received from the university

(iii) We will ensure your email held by the university is updated to your personal email before you enrol.

(c) You consent to us receiving copies of all correspondence, including emails, related to your application, sent to or received from the university.

(d) We may request your feedback on your experience with us to enhance our services.

(e) By utilising our application service, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contractual relationship with us. We will not charge you any fees for our services, and you will retain 100% of any scholarships awarded to you.

(f) You affirm that all information and documents provided to us are genuine, accurate, and a true reflection of your work, education, aspirations, and available funding..

(g) You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to your contact details, visa outcomes, and any alterations to your study plans.

(h) You agree to pay any university application fee to us after your application has passed assessment, and we will pass the same fee to the university when submitting your application.

    1. Viruses and other harmful content

12.1. We do not guarantee that our website does not contain viruses or other malicious software. However, we do make reasonable efforts to prevent such viruses or bugs from being uploaded to our website.

12.2. We shall not be responsible for any bugs or viruses on our website, or any software that might be transferred to your computer from our website, or any consequences which the presence or operation of such programs may have.

12.3. You must ensure that you have in place up-to-date and effective anti-virus protection on your computer or other browsing device.

12.4. You must not upload or otherwise introduce to our website any viruses, malware, spyware, adware, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, time bombs, keystroke loggers or any other programs or code that is harmful or malicious.

12.5. You must not use any third parties, software or technology to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, our servers, systems, hardware, software or data.
